Charlotte Hall Stopher, 78, of Louisville, wife of William H. “Bill” Stopher, formerly of Mercer County, died Dec. 24, 2020, in Louisville.

Born in Louisville on Feb. 8, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Archie Ellis and Dorothy Egerton Hall.  

She was a longtime member of Melbourne Heights Baptist Church.
