STANLEY GREEN

Stanley H. Green, 94, husband of Rilda June Stumph Green, died Saturday, April 25, 2026, at his residence. 

Born April 9, 1932, in Washington County, he was the son of the late Margie Young McGrath and Lorrell Green. 

He was retired from the maintenance department at High Meadows Apartments in Dekalb, Illinois, was a veteran of the Air Force and Army and was a member of Ellers Memorial Baptist Church. 

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include: one daughter, Paula Green of Lexington;  one step daughter, Tammy Fair of Elizabethtown; four sons, Teddy Green of Lexington, Mike Green of London, Mark Green of Manchester, Ohio and Ronnie Bell of Tennessee; one step son, Joseph Darrell Warren of Senora; one niece, Michelle Furlan of Illinois; and several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Gayle Green and one sister, Julie Ann Noel.

Funeral services are today, Thursday, April 30, at 2 p.m., at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Bolton officiating.  Burial is in Peter Cemetery in Mackville.

Pallbearers are Donnie Stumph, Danny Ray Stumph, Timmy Stumph, Cody Stumph, Bentley Jones and Harold Baker.

Visitation 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the  funeral home.
