Anne Boggs

Anne South (Sutherland) Boggs, 79, of Summerville, SC, widow of Joseph Thomas Boggs, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, at Trident Medical Center in Charlestown, SC.

Born Nov. 13, 1944, in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Harold Thomas and Eudora (Dean) Sutherland.

She was a 1962 graduate of Harrodsburg High School, received a BA degree from the University of Kentucky, was a sales representative for Proctor and Gamble and was a member of the Dorchester Presbyterian Church in Summerville, SC.

Survivors include: one son, Dr. Joseph (Shanna) Boggs of Bluffton, SC; two sisters, Trudy Sutherland and Kathy Sutherland White, both of Harrodsburg; one brother, Terry (Ann Hunter) Sutherland, of Harrodsburg, and three grandchildren.
