James Haley

James Mitchell Haley, 78, husband of Barbara Elizabeth Haley, died Saturday, June 25, 2022, in Mercer County. Born Dec. 12, 1943, he was the son of the late James Mitchell and Angela Hendrix Comingo. He was a retired tool and die maker at the Dana Corporation and was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Church. Survivors, in addition to his wife, include: one son, Mitchell Robert Haley of Chicago, Ill.; three daughters, Melissa Burrus of Lawrenceburg, Kimberley (Omer) Baker of Salvisa and Melanie (Benny) Boggs of Lawrenceburg; two sisters, Shirley Montague of Frankfort and Vickie Haley Oman of Florida;  six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Gemmi Michelle Haley; two brothers, Vernon Haley and Johnny Haley and one sister, Johnetta Sirkle.
