Kathleen Newby

Kathleen Newby, 96,  widow of James H. Newby, died Saturday, Feb. 2 at the Charleston Health Care Center in Danville.

Born May 25, 1921, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Ed and the late Addie (Royalty) Long.

She and her husband started Newby’s Furniture & Discount House.
