WILLIAM LARKINS

William Dennis Larkins, 70, died Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at his residence.

Born April 20, 1946, in Paducah, he was the son of the late Dennis Nelson and Valeria Burns Larkins.

He was a retired patent examiner for the U.S. government and was a volunteer for the Parks Department.
