The Harrodsburg-Mercer County Joint Planning and Zoning Commission set a date for the public meeting on their proposed data center ordinance at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, at the Campbellsville University Harrodsburg Campus gymnasium. They have not yet released a draft of the revised ordinance for public review.

At their regular meeting on Thursday, July 2, the planning and zoning commission approved a zoning change for a 2.914-acre tract on Chimney Rock Road from R-3 (residential) to B-3 (business). The property is owned by Paul Barnes.
