Easter is almost here. If you’re still looking for an Easter meal, many local restaurants will be open. The Beaumont Inn (638 Beaumont Inn Drive) will offer a Easter Brunch Buffet with seating times at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. The cost is $32.95 per person. The 19th Hole Restaurant (742 Danville Road) will be offering a buffet on Sunday, April 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $15 per person. For more information, call 859-265-5015.
Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill is offering a traditional Easter meal with a choice of entrees including leg of lamb, fried chicken, country ham and salmon croquettes. Each main dish is accompanied by pea salad, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, yeast rolls and dessert. Intended for ages 3 to 8. All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Tickets required for guests aged 3 and up. Participants will traverse up to half a mile on crushed stone, gravel, and grass. The program will proceed rain or shine, although the content may be modified in case of inclement weather. • Herrington Lake Bass Club Tournament at Pandora Marina (125 Pandora Drive). Qualifier for National Team Bass Association. 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Membership is $10 per person. Regular tournaments are $40 per person or $65 per boat. Includes $10 launch fee. Tournament members may fish with one guest. Guest can only fish one tournament without paying $10 membership fee.
