Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” continues its two-week engagement at Ragged Edge Community Theatre. The show features some of the most popular songs ever written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman including “Be Our Guest”, “Gaston”, “Something There” and the classic title theme.
On Saturday, March 5, at 3 p.m. Ragged Edge will hold a special performance to benefit A Kid Again, an organization that helps seriously sick children remember what it was like to “just be a kid again.” According to a Ragged Edge press release, 25 percent of ticket sales and 100 percent of concessions revenue will be donated.
Beauty and the Beast Jr. runs March 4-6, Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. with Sunday matinee at 3 p.m.
