“This series consists of five interactive sessions, using indigenous circle processes, to guide individuals in recognizing, reshaping, and reconciling views on race. We will discover our racial identity development, the role we play in racism, our earliest experiences with race, and how these views have shaped how we view race,” said Elizabeth Mays, the leader for the series. “These sessions are meant to build connection, empathy, and allow for self-reflection. Join us as we go on a journey of discovery and exploration of ourselves while understanding the experiences of others. Each session is three hours in length via Zoom and limited to 10 participants.”
