Shirley A. Vah, 81, of Harrodsburg, wife of Mike Vah Sr., died Monday, Oct. 19, 2020, at her home.
Born Nov. 24, 1938, in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Laura Mae (Wray) Barker.
She was a nail technician and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include: two daughters, Deborah Lynn Handy of the Netherlands, and Kimberly (John) Rider of Harrodsburg; one son, Michael J. Vah Jr. of Lexington; two sisters, Mary Cress and Sandra Masirovits, both of Ohio; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four children, Mathew, Tracy, Deborah L. and Cheryl Ann Vah and two grandchildren, Michael Kyle Vah and Nicholas Tyler Handy.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 23, at the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
