Sandra C. Brown, 83, widow of Marvin Brown, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, at the Harrodsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Harrodsburg.

Born Dec. 28, 1936, in Anderson, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late George and Martha Maxine Sunderland Rutherford.
