Vincent (V.C.) Waters Jr., 93, of Harrodsburg, husband of the late Florence Preston Waters, died Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at the Ephraim McDowell James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg.

Born Feb. 28, 1927, in Lexington, he was the son of the late Vincent and Susie Jane Forbes Waters.
