Carmen Hall

Carmen Lynette Hall, 54, of Harrodsburg, wife of Norman Hall, died Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at her home. 

Born Sept. 6, 1965 in Danville, she was the daughter of Loraine (Darland) Phillips and the late Robert Phillips. 

She was a graduate of Mercer County High School and was a rural US Postal Worker for Mercer County.
