Robert Adkinson

Robert E. Adkinson, 94, widower of the late Jean Johnson Adkinson, died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at Dominion Senior Living of Richmond.

Born May 31, 1925, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Ansel and Lois Hawkins Adkinson.

He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II and was a retired manufacturing engineer at I.B.M. and attended Mercer Bible Fellowship and Newby Baptist Church in Madison County.
