Ruth Bailey

Ruth Ann Bailey, 70, wife of John C. Bailey, died Sunday, July 8, 2018, at her residence.

Born Jan. 31, 1948, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late George and Nona Louallen Jenkins.

She was a member of the Benton Baptist Church, was a beautician and was retired from Modine Manufacturing.
