City of Harrodsburg goes wet May 2

The City of Harrodsburg Board of Commissioners gave the first reading to the alcohol sale ordinance regarding licenses, how to apply and much more at their March 14 meeting. Harrodsburg voted to go wet on Feb. 23.

Harrodsburg voters made history on Feb. 23, voting to expand alcohol sales in Kentucky’s oldest city.

On March 14, the City of Harrodsburg Board of Commissioners began to make the will of the electorate a reality, giving first reading to the ordinance that puts in place the legal machinery.
