Ronald J. “Ron” Brummette, husband of Mary Ann Brummette, died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014 at the Springhurst Pines Health and Rehabilitation Center in Louisville.

Mary H. Zeliff, 94, of Harrodsburg, widow of Frank Brown and Robert  Zeliff, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.

Lyle Slater, 78, of Harrodsburg, husband of Shirley Green Slater, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Carolyn (Carol) Mortonson, 71, of Rockford, Ill., wife of William “Bill” Bortonson, died Aug. 5, 2014, at the Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, Ill.

 Born in Danville, he was the son of the late W. R. Caswell Sr. and Margaret Dowd Gehrig.

Oldran “Curtis” Bailey, 88, of Harrodsburg, widower of Jane Katherine Lear, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. 

Arlene Phillips Medley, 81, widow of Sam Medley and J.D. Phillips, died Tuesday, Sept 16, 2014.
