Nancy Camden

Nancy Lee Camden, wife of Clarence T. Camden, of Burgin, died Friday, June 12, 2026, at her residence.

Born March 11, 1952, in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Earl Leroy and Nancy Roberta Hoffman Kleckner.

She was a former supervisor at SDS Temporary Services, served as a dietary aide at Golden Living Nursing Home and was a Cub Scout and Brownie Leader.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include: six children, Nancy (John) Miller of Georgetown, Jennie (Brian Jones) Hettrick of Danville, R. Glenn (Sara) Clark of Mt. Sterling, Chris (Brenda) Camden of Danville, Crystal (Adam Nelson) Camden of Harrodsburg and Daniel Camden of Burgin; three brothers, Earl Lee (Trudy) Kleckner of Danville, Dave (Bonnie) Kleckner of Danville and Bill (Loretta) Kleckner of Somerset; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Tyler League; one brother, Jon Kleckner; and one sister, Amy Thomas.

Funeral services are today, Thursday, June 18, at 11 a.m., at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Carl McRay and Justin Boyd officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m., Saturday, June 20, at Bellevue Cemetery in Danville.

Visitation Thursday, 7 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Her sons and brothers will serve as honorary pallbearers.
