Mildred Moore

Mildred Stine Moore, 71, widow of Kenneth A. Moore, died Thursday, Nov.  6, 2025 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

Born Oct. 9, 1954, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late J.C. and Irene Bowen Stine.

She was a caregiver for dementia patients and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two sons, Kenny Allen (Mary) Moore of Harrodsburg and Timmy (Amy) Moore of Frankfort; one daughter, Wanda (Chris) Darland of Harrodsburg; two brothers, Carroll (Janet) Stine of Mt. Washington and Gerry (Bonnie) Stine of Mt. Zion; two sisters, Carlene Jenkins of Frankfort and Sandra Wilson of Washington County; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Stine and one sister, Starlette Drury and step mother,  Pearl Stine.

Funeral services are today, Thursday, Nov. 13, at 2 p.m., at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Stephen Brogli and Chris Darland officiating. Burial is in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Adam Current, Joshua Moore, Ryan Droege, Carl Drury, Jeffrey Drury and Eddie Moore. Honorary pallbearers are Sara Droege, Josie Coffman, Caitlyn Moore and Samantha Drury.

Visitation 10 a.m. until time the hour of service.
