Elsie Tuggle, 91, of Harrodsburg, widow of John P. Tuggle, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, at her residence.

Born July 31, 1929, in Frogue, she was the daughter of the late James Dalton and Lucy (King) Flowers.

She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist Church.
