Samuel Wheat

Samuel Wheat III, 70, of Harrodsburg, husband of Catherine Yeast Wheat, died on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at VA Medical Center in Lexington.

Born Sept. 16, 1949, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Samuel and Lillie Belle Vandyke Wheat.

He attended Harrodsburg High School, was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a retired factory worker for Modine Manufacturing Company of Harrodsburg, was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a member of the Centennial Baptist Church.
