Hugh Phillips

Hugh Edward Phillips, 81, widower of Betty Jenean Phillips, died Friday, July 26, 2019, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Born Jan. 25, 1938, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Raymond and Lydia Robinson Phillips.

He was a U. S. Army Veteran, a retired Corning Inc. employee and was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
