Richard Tuggle

Richard D. Tuggle, 63, of Harrodsburg, husband of Dinah Davis Tuggle, died Thursday, May 9, 2019, at his residence.

Born Jan. 14, 1956, in Albany, he was the son of Elsie Flowers Tuggle of Harrodsburg and the late John Tuggle.

He was a retired self-employed truck driver.
