Ruth Ann Smith

Ruth Ann Hawes Smith, 58, of Salvisa, died Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at the Harrodsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.   

Born Sept. 7, 1960, in Lincoln Park, Michigan, she was the daughter of John and Lois Martin Hawes.

She was a certified nurse assistant at several nursing homes across Kentucky and was a member of Harrodsburg United Methodist Church.
