Thomas Ray Book, 61,  of Salvisa, husband of Jane Book, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2018.

He was born Feb. 6, 1957, in Stonington, Ill., to the late Vernon and Pearl Foster Book.

He worked for Fayette County Schools in the maintenance department.
