The Lady Titans led 24-4 after one quarter in their opening round matchup of the Titan Holiday Classic versus LCA Saturday night as they rolled to a 78-37 victory.
The game was never close as Mercer County was up 19-1 before LCA got their first basket with 1:01 remaining in the quarter.
After going into the second quarter with a 24-4 lead the Lady Titans continued to add on to the lead in the second quarter, outscoring LCA 27-12 in the quarter to take a 51-16 halftime lead.
In the third quarter the Lady Titans continued to roll, thanks in large part to the sharp-shooting of sophomore Alie Burke, who had nine points in the quarter. They led 69-27 heading into the final quarter.
