Melvin Lewis Ison Jr., 39, of Harrodsburg, died Friday Sept. 15, 2023 in Lexington. Born July 24, 1984, in Harrodsburg he was the son of Liz (Allen) Ison of Harrodsburg and the late Melvin Lewis Ison Sr. He was a 2004 graduate of Harrodsburg High School and was a self-employed landscaper.

John A Brock, 87, of Harrodsburg, widower of Norma Grimes Brock died Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, at his home.  Born June 21, 1936, in Georgetown, he was the son of the late John and Rose (Mefford) Brock. He was a radio personality for 49 years and was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church.
