Mercer Softball Looks To Three-peat District Success
The Mercer County Titans softball team is ready for its next season on the diamond, building off its two straight 46th District titles and 12th Region championship all under Head Coach Darren Ransdell.
Last season, the Titans finished 14-14, including a 5-1 district record, but lost in the first round of regions to Boyle County, which went on to be the 12th Region champions. The team graduated three seniors, including Annika Campbell, KJ Sutton and Seagan Wood.
Heading into his third season as Head Coach, Ransdell and his team are preparing to win, as they have grown accustomed to doing.
