Trilogy Health Services is expanding at the Willows at Harrodsburg. According to a press release, the investment is aimed to address the growing demand for senior living accommodations and services. Trilogy said it is part of a bigger investment the company is making across the Midwest to senior living and assisted living services in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. The Harrodsburg Herald first reported on Trilogy’s expansion plans in 2023, when they won approval from the Harrodsburg-Mercer County Planning and Zoning Commission.
Trilogy said they will add 32 new patio homes and a clubhouse at the Willows at Harrodsburg. Construction is expected to begin in September. Universal Design Associates has been selected as the architecture firm for the project. The new patio homes and clubhouse will reflect the aesthetic of the main health center and assisted living building, formerly the site of Eddie Montgomery’s Steakhouse.
“We are thrilled for this addition to the Willows at Harrodsburg, which will enable us to support and care for so many more members of our community, providing them with the comfort and assistance they deserve,” said Rachel Dadisman, executive director of the Willows at Harrodsburg, in the press release. “We believe this expansion will significantly impact the lives of our residents and their families, fostering a stronger, more connected community.”
The Harrodsburg-Mercer County Planning and Zoning Commission approved the construction of 16 duplex senior housing units with a 2,200 square feet club house back in April 2023.
