KYTC: Closure On Vanarsdell Road Extended Until Nov. 13

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is advising motorists that the closure for Vanarsdell Road/KY 1988 has been extended until Wednesday, Nov. 13. The temporary closure is necessary for culvert replacement operations. Vanarsdell Road between milepoints 4.2 and 4.4 will be closed until Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 4 p.m.
KYTC suggest the following alternate routes:
- US 127 North to KY 1160
- US 127 South to KY 1987
All work is scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
