Mercer bass fishing wraps up season at KBN state
The Mercer County Senior High bass fishing team finished up their season with their last Kentucky Bass Nation (KBN) state fishing tournament held on Barren River Lake.
Fishing conditions were tough on Barren River. Mercer had three teams that competed against 100 of the best anglers in Kentucky.
Three teams qualified for the KBN Championship. Anglers must qualify yearly to participate in the championship by accumulating enough angler of the year (AOY) points.
