On May 23, Mercer’s boys and girls track team competed in the region championship at Boyle County High School. Both teams swept the meet and took home the first-place trophies. The girls are the four-time reigning champions and the boys are three times. With a lot of big performances on both sides, the Titans are now focused on the state championships this Friday, June 2. The Titans are looking to bring two state titles back to town.

Boys

The boys dominated the meet and scored a huge 141 points. They were in a battle all night and ended up pulling off the win by nine points. Senior Beau Brown led the Titans with 34 points for the evening.
