Omega Currens

Omega Currens, 84, of Harrodsburg, widow of Clarence “Jake” Currens, died Thursday, Oct.  27, 2022, at her home in Harrodsburg. 

Born March 28, 1938, in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Spicie (Watts) Hayes. 

She was a retired nurse, having worked for the V.A. Hospital and Thompson Hood Veterans Center and was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one son, Jeff (Deborah) Currens of Salvisa; one daughter-in-law, Debbie Currens of London; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
