State To Close Burgin’s Main Street For Repairs On Wednesday

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is advising motorists of a temporary road closure in Burgin to replace a deteriorating cross drain pipe. The road closure is scheduled for Wednesday, July 20 , from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
KYTC is closing East Main Street/KY 152 between milepoints 14.3 and 14.4. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes, either state route 33, U.S. 68 or US 127.
Road closures are subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
