Betty Lucille Fain, 86, of Harrodsburg, wife of William C. Fain, died Saturday, July 2, 2022, at her daughters home. Born March 2, 1936, in Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Lee and Lucille (Honican) Anderson. She worked as a telephone operator, was a homemaker, a head start bus driver, and member of the Shawnee Run Baptist Church. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include: two daughters, Cathy (Jerry) Preston of Harrodsburg,and Nancy (Mark) McCray of Lexington; one sister, Connie Anderson of Nicholasville; one brother, Scotty (Connie) Anderson of Danville; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
