Sharon Roberts

Sharon Lynn Roberts, 61, of Harrodsburg, died Saturday, June 4, 2022, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Danville. Born April 11, 1961, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Edward Donald and Patsy Ann Reed Roberts. She was retired Mercer County School teacher and was a member of The Carpenter’s Christian Church. Survivors include: two sisters, Teresa R. Carmickle and Donna (Chris) Horn both of Harrodsburg; one brother, David (Sara) Roberts of Harrodsburg; nieces and nephews, Stacy (Ben) Sharp, Jessica Carmickle, Patrick (Erica) Horn, Emily (Blake) Bottoms, Macy Roberts and Lathan Roberts and several special friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 7, at 11 a.m. at the Carpenter’s Christian Church with Greg Warren, John Kessel and Larry Camic officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were David Roberts, Chris Horn, Lathan Roberts, Patrick Horn, Ben Sharp and Blake Bottoms. Honorary pallbearers were Stacy Sharp, Jessica Carmickle, Emily Bottoms, Kelsey Sharp, Miracle Spencer, Brady Sharp and C.J. Spencer.
