Ruth Freeman
Ruth P. Freeman, 93, of Harrodsburg, widow of G. B. Freeman, died Sunday, April 10, 2022, in Lexington. Born Feb. 10, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Jordan Lyons and Cammie Lee (Gabhart) Preston. She retired from Butte Knit, Burgin, and Cricketeer, worked at the Mercer County Extension Services and was a longtime member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church. Survivors include: one daughter, Pam Rickerson of Lexington; one grandson, Rhys Freeman Rickerson of Lexington; one brother-in-law, Bill Brinkley of Harrodsburg and one niece.
