Paul Harley, 68, widower of Valeda Weldon Harley, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, at his residence.

Born Aug. 31, 1953, in Franklin County, he was the son of the late William C. and Ruth Stewart Harley.

He was retired from Toyota Boshoku and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
