Donald Ray Phelps, of Stanford, the husband of Patricia Ann Shannon Phelps, died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2021, at his home.

Born Aug. 21, 1948, in Wilburn, he was the son of the late Cecil and Nora Harp Phelps.

He was a retired truck driver.
