Richard Lee Spain, 62, of Harrodsburg, husband of Pamela Tharp Spain, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, at home.

Born Oct. 1, 1959, in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the son of the late Ray Lathrem and Ellen Murray Lathrem.

He was a self-employed industrial electrician and a member of Dry Branch Baptist Church.
