Julie Denise Wade Barnett, 41, wife of Willis Kendall Barnett, died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, at her home.

Born Aug. 1, 1980, she was the daughter of Dennis and Mary June (Caton) Wade of Harrodsburg.

She was an accountant for the Kentucky Department of Revenue and was a member of the Unity Baptist Church.
