James Parks

James Franklin “Jimmy” Parks Sr., 69, of Harrodsburg, died Sunday, June 13, 2021, at the Select Special Hospital at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. 

Born May 17, 1952, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Charles M. Parks Sr. and Christine (Fisher) Parks.

He was a 1970 graduate of Harrodsburg High School, a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Air Force, was a supervisor at Florida Tile and ATR, was employed by Hitachi, Bob Allen Motor Mall, Beaumont Inn and Bright Leaf Golf Course and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Harrodsburg.
