Mark Noel Powell, 46, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, at his residence in Clay City. 

Born Jan. 6, 1974, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Kenneth Lester and Judith Noel Powell. 

He was a truck driver for Rock Trucking in Clay City and was a Christian.
