Hobert Cheatham
Hobert Lee Cheatham, 70, widower of Marilyn Phillips Cheatham, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, at his residence.
Born Aug. 9, 1948, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Henry Cheatham and Eva May Howard Cheatham Carpenter.
He was a retired computer programmer for Kentucky State Government and was a U.S. Army Veteran having served 33 years in the Army and Army Reserves and he was a member of The Carpenter’s Christian Church.
Hobart and I were in the Army Reserves together for over 25 years. He was a wonderful person who never met a stranger.
