Mildred Stagner

Mildred Lee Stagner, 79, of Harrodsburg, died Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

Born November 17, 1938, in Garrard County, she was the daughter of the late Andy Arnold and Gracie Harrison Adams.
