CLIFFORD SILER
Clifford Elmer Siler, age 87, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, at Reid Health.
Born July 7, 1930, in Whitley County, he was the son of Ernest and Artie Perkins Siler.
He was an equipment manager and grounds keeper at Hill Floral Products Company.
