Willie Brooks

Willie Eugene Brooks, 49, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.

Born Jan. 26, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late James Walter Brooks and Edna B. Allen Hiter.

He was a self employed handyman.
