Pat Lear

John Edward “Pat” Lear, 87, of Burgin, widower of Jonnetta Naylor Lear, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.

Born March 17, 1930, in Burgin, he was the son of the late George H. and Benna Fallis Lear.

He was a former employee of Coleman’s Lumber Yard and a retired Director and Vice President of Citizen’s Bank and Farmer’s National Bank. He was the former owner of the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and a member of the Burgin Baptist Church.
