Helen Short

Helen Birdwhistell Short, 91, widow of William Dudley Short died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, at the Signature Health Care Heritage Hall in Lawrenceburg.

Born Aug. 14, 1926, in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late John Edwin and Lela Carter Birdwhistell.

She was a floral designer at Royalty’s Florist, a former hair stylist,  real estate agent and was a member of the Sand Springs Baptist Church.
